Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a nice bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with early check-in, which I really appreciated. I always look forward to coming back for Christmas.

amazing, amazing, amazing
I was taken aback by the very nice breakfast selection, which catered to every taste imaginable. The ambiance of the breakfast area really complemented the meal. I also loved my lovely room with a fine view of the frozen lake and bridge.

Comfortable beds and the new renovated rooms have a nice design.
The breakfast staff was not prepared for a full hotel and could not handle it, breakfast ran out of all things. Check-in lady quite uninterested in you (and her job) and gave an unfriendly hello whilst checkin in - sad considering it is a decent hotel otherwise, no I will chose the one oppiste the street.

The breakfast was good, but seriously, the tables was like a cheap diner, and the chairs did NOT go with it at all. I expected an upgrade for my troubles with the cramped bathroom, but no special treatment whatsoever. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The room itself was well organized and clean.
The use of sauna was not well organized. Specific times for male and female users of the sauna facilities would make it easier to use the sauna. Also the breakfast could have something different each morning, for example it could contain porridge or small sweet buns some mornings. It would be nice to be able to take coffee to you room.

It would helpful if there is a kettle with coffee, tea and water as a welcome free drink while staying in the hotel. Information of interesting things to do and see or visit in English.

I really enjoyed the hotell, the friendly staff and its location right in the middle of city. I have stayed many times at this hotel and it's always my first choice when I am in Lulea.

The room was enormous and the breakfast was FANTASTIC! Perfect for energetic mornings with an extensive selection.
The staff at the front desk were a bit frosty, which put a damper on the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.
